For creators
How creators are ranked in the paidpost catalog
Brands see creators in Recommended order unless they pick another sort. Recommended looks at two things side by side: how far your posts reach, and how reliably you deliver sponsored posts.

What moves you up
- Reach. A bigger audience ranks higher.
- Completed deals. Finished deals count most, and Safe Deals count more than direct ones, because paidpost checks the post.
- Reviews. A high rating from many brands counts for more than one good review.
- Safe Deal. Turning it on helps a little. Completing Safe Deals helps far more.
- A full profile. Prices, a short description and your niches set.
What moves you down
- Cancelling after a brand has paid.
- Not publishing a paid post.
- A review of a deal that ends against you.
These matter less as time passes.

Examples
- Reach or track record?
- Maya has 1M followers and no deals yet. Leo has 20K followers, five completed Safe Deals and strong reviews. Leo ranks above Maya: a proven record can beat a much bigger audience.

Illustration: Leo’s record puts him above Maya’s bigger audience. - Same track record, different reach
- Two new creators, both with full profiles and no deals. One has 500K followers, the other 5K. The bigger account ranks higher. When nothing else separates two creators, reach decides.
- One review or twenty?
- Two creators with the same audience. Ana has one 5-star review. Sam has twenty reviews averaging 4.8. Sam ranks higher: many good reviews say more than one perfect one.
- Turning on Safe Deal
- Two creators with the same audience and no deals. The one who turned on Safe Deal ranks a little higher. A creator who has completed Safe Deals ranks well above both.
- After a cancelled deal
- Tom cancels a deal after the brand has paid. He drops in the catalog right away. A few months later it counts for much less, and new completed deals lift him back up.
- Same creators, a niche page
- Anna lists AI first. Ben lists AI third. Everything else about them is equal, so Anna ranks higher on the AI page. Elsewhere in the catalog, the order of niches changes nothing.
- After your first deal
- When a deal completes, your position moves within a minute. The brand’s review counts later, when it goes live.
New to paidpost?
You don’t start at the bottom. Fill in your profile, check your niches and turn on Safe Deal. Your first completed deal makes the biggest difference.
In a niche
The same order, and the niche you put first counts for a bit more.
